...thanks!  We decided after the Indiegogo Campaign that we would only offer the book and DVD together, but for those who bought the book, we would let them buy just the DVD.

Here are the rules for this:  It needs to be purchased by the same name and shipped to the same address as the book.  We will check our records, and if we have no match we will immediately refund your payment.  If you still wish to proceed, the info is below!
